Shipping & Returns

We offer incredible, friendly, and efficient service and are dedicated to the customer's satisfaction. You will receive a product that is exactly how we described it and faster than you think it will arrive!

While we are friendly some states or countries are not.  We will not ship to Alabama

Shipping:
When you pay for your item it will go out within 24 hours during business days. We ship packages Monday-Friday via USPS Priority Mail, 1ST class mail, or USPS Global Priority Mail. Figurines are shipped via UPS. Books are shipped Media Mail. If you need something faster we would be happy to ship items via express mail or UPS Overnight, however the buyer must pay for all shipping costs.

Shipping time:
All domestic Shipments should be received within 1 week of payment, often shipments arrive within 2-3 days of payment. All international shipments may take up to 10 days after payment. If your package does not arrive within this time frame contact us immediately.

Returns/Refunds
